Aa12 and medic pistol smg are my fav with the medic gun heal dart auto track now and medic gun heal has separate charge ups from your own heal everyone need at least a medic pistol so you can spam heal others lol.
In my opinion it would bring some new challenges and a fresh air to killing floor.
