Only my sharp is lvl 6 so i assure you i wouldn t use it if i wasn t still earning on the others. Depending on the effect of the mutator using it may disable your ability to gain progress in your perks or earn achievements while the mutator is active. Shouldn t whitelisted perks work towards perk progression and not have the perk reset back the values you had before going into a game with mutators. Mutators modify various aspects of the game such as replacing all specimen with a certain specimen however they need to be whitelisted to allow for perk progression and achievement unlocking.
