For some reason i cant get past 60 fps i have a 144hz monitor and i exceed the recommended requirements i run the game with everything maxed out even with vsync off and the game set to lowest settings i cant get past 60 when i turn vsync on its capped at 30 is it something with me or the game please help i need to see this game in all its glory.

Hello i ve tried playing this game and messing with the settings but for some reason i am locked at 35fps and under while turning down the settings at least according to my nvidia shadowplay frame rate display. I think in menus the game stays locked at 60 until u get in game if that isnt the case i would guess vsync might be limiting it or some external thing causing it the menu definitely doesn t lock the frame rate to 60fps.

60hz monitor vsync at 60fps and still tears up my screen. Vsync limits your framerate to counter exactly that.
